Some things didn’t go Mya Morgan’s way this week in a U.S. Women’s Open qualifier at Shannopin CC — but the two-time PIAA state champion said she’s chomping at the bit to get started at Central Michigan having played her final tournament as a junior golfer.
With her dad Tony on the bag for her for the last decade, Mya said it was a little sad to see that chapter of her life come to a close, but also exciting to be able to start to compete at the collegiate level soon.
