Once again, @SouthwestAir you have shown that you have the worst baggage service in the country…our plane landed almost an hour ago and the bags are nowhere to be found! Please be better!
Once again @SouthwestAir and BWI you disappoint me…we land and we have to sit on a plane that is an absolute sauna for 45 minutes and we already know that the bag service by SWA is atrocious…as an longtime A list member who travels year round, this might be the final straw!
Once again @SouthwestAir disappoints me as a longtime A-list member at MCO..having to wait longer than regular customers, lug my bags across the airport, etc..makes no sense to fly exclusively with SWA to maintain A-list

Once again @SouthwestAir you have shown me how poor your customer service when our flight is late departing IND, and when we land at BWI, we are stuck on the plane because no one can operate the Mobile jetway because it is 11 pm and there is a shift change!
Well @SouthwestAir you have finally upset me to the point of wanting to revoke my A-List status that I have had for years..3 gate changes, 3 hour delay and no communication via text..the lack of concern for your customers is beyond belief!
