Quick question for founders

When someone cancels a trial, are you removing their access straight away or at the end of a free trial period?

I've been sending notifications to users even when they cancel until the end of the trial period. It brings back a lot of users, some which end up paying.

I still feel like some people will sign up just to cancel and continue using it during the 7 days.

Hard to balance this?

The tool would need to understand user intent on each page/contextualise, which isn’t really hard with AI

To get started just set up generic custom events for intent e.g signup page, video generator, so you at least can track by page name until you figure out intent on each page?

Easiest way is get a llm to setup custom posthog events for user intent/page actions and it’ll map it out for you as a base
