@SecVetAffairs @SebGorka It took 8 months to get our Caregiver benefit. It took over two weeks to get our local VA Clinic to change a size of incontinent supply.
There is more. I’ve seen elderly veterans helplessly trying to correct records only to be sent away with yet another appointment.
