@AerLingus my flight from Chicago to Bristol on Sunday was late so you re-booked me on another flight from Dublin yesterday which meant an 8 hr wait in Dublin. My suitcase didn’t make it to Bristol and I haven’t had a reference number to track it and no response on any channel.

@AerLingus High hopes when I saw Dublin calling with an update on my missing suitcase. Any hope evaporated quickly when I was told exactly the same as six days ago that the case was sent to Bristol 31st May, it’s now 6th June. Boring now.
