Best wishes from the US to the genuine people of Iran. I believe the majority do not want this coercive government to remain in power. Persia has a long history with many admirable attributes through history - looking forward to the day Persia arises again and throws off the dangerous Islamist government. It takes real courage to be Iranian and to stand up against the government. And it takes real courage to be an American president who accepts the challenge. Humans often want to take the short cut - the easy way forward. It’s much more difficult to do the right thing for the long run.

Iran cannot be allowed to develop nuclear weapons and they continue to show every sign they will unless the leadership is changed. It’s really simple. Hopefully this damage will cause enough public discomfort to change the leadership. The Arab nations are will us. That’s a powerful signal we are doing the right thing. The US public needs to be aware of the risk.

@RealMattCouch The driver had no signs of intoxication, only annoyance. Not sure what the answer is but if an officer has a pattern of mistaking people who are sober for being intoxicated they need to be removed. Otherwise it’s abuse of office.

I suvived a 26 year marriage with an NPD wife. It took me 18 months to return to reality from the shared fantasy. What I notice is the way the narcissist throws the term around. When one sees a truly touching story and reflexively applies this kind of logic - it is a red flag. A genuine human being can see kindness regardless of political party or religious belief. It is sad that we live in this type of cynicism. When one reaches the point where everything the opposing party does is viewed thru the lens of manipulation - the diagnosis is made. Some people have different points of view than you do on politics. That doesn't reflect on their moral clarity. Being unable to see a person genuinely, without your own assumed motives is the very nature of the diagnosis.
