Hey @WestJetRewards, I converted my RBC WE MC companion voucher to $200 Sunwing travel credit but @SunwingVacay agent wouldn't accept it because the All Inclusive package to the same resort/room was split for 1 person in Vancouver and 1 in calgary. That shouldn't matter. Clarify.

@Confluence Until you can report a system outage without going through an admin, I'm going to be recommending moving away from Confluence due to too many outages lasting hours. Change your "Report a problem" link so people are not annoyed when they can't report an actual problem.

@Confluence It's annoying to click on a "Report problem" link on your Status page and not be taken to a form to report a problem. After clicking through to contact support, it tells me to report the issue to my admin instead. #Frustrating and useless.
