Acuff is so damn special. He’s up there for sure. Reminds me of Iverson. Whatever it takes, he can do it to get the job done. But here’s the real deal: @RazorbackMBB is LOADED. Brazil. Wagner off the bench. Richmond III. Team to watch in the Tourney.
Darius Acuff tells ESPN why he plays through the pain:
"The team is more important than myself. I want to win for them, I want to play with these guys, why not be out there with them? If I feel like I can play through something, I can play"
@aidsapev I don’t support the hire and I don’t support HY AT ALL. But I mean to call a guy a loser who has a record of 50-25 in the last 5-6 years and beat Golesh and E. Morris more than 3 times is a stretch. And emotional stretch I understand but still a far stretch.
I understand it wasn’t the “splashy” name people were looking for, but I don’t understand how you could hate getting a coach who has been 50-25 in 5 years. Plus he beat the coaches everybody was wanting ( Golesh and E. Morris) more than 3 times. Not a bad hire #WPS
I don’t understand the outrage over hiring Ryan Silverfield instead of Alex Golesh. I get liking one over the other but at this stage of their careers they are of equal caliber at worst. Heck, Silverfield has beaten Golesh in all 3 of their meetings; & just this season beat Arkansas with an inferior roster just like Golesh’s team did Florida. Point being: if you were satisfied with giving Golesh a chance there’s really not much logical reason to not be satisfied with Silverfield as well. The bigger question regardless which one of them is the next HC, is what kind of support are they going to receive in order to produce the results we desire

I really wish Arkansas would go after Lincoln Riley! That would be a nice surprise. But I wouldn’t be upset with Kane Womack. Young Coach at Bama with Arkansas ties. Won at South Alabama with virtually no resources. Could be great option. #WPS#coachingsearch
@rfosburgh@MimsCourtney last two losses have actually been on the offense NOT the defense. This again is a cheap route. I love Bobby an what he did in the past but we have to stop taking short cuts. NO OTHER program would keep their interim coach who is 0-4 currently yet we have ppl who think we should
@rfosburgh@MimsCourtney Did you not watch the last two games where we were up more than 14 points in each one and the offense failed to execute plays to put the game away?. It’s the same result even with Pittman gone. Plus people forget that BOBBY chose these players. The last two losses have actually
"I think you stick with Bobby, first of all, you got a coach that wants to be there... You have to allow him to cook the Thanksgiving meal with his recipe, with his seasoning, because when he did it, we ate well."
Former Razorback Madre Hill says he thinks Bobby Petrino should be the Razorbacks next head coach at the LR Touchdown Club today. #WPS
I love how hard the team is playing and I love Coach Petrino. But I don’t think logically it makes sense to make him the permanent head coach. That program needs a total fresh start and injection of new energy and direction in this current college football landscape. #WPS
