Zillow was projecting home values to fall -1.2% by June 2026, now 0.1% for July 2026.

They are no longer bearish.

@realestatedude0 A missing light bulb and one cabinet not painted…it will still sell. Buyers like to be able to add value and put in some sweat equity. Make it too nice and buyers still ask for repairs better to leave a few easy fixes.
