Snow didnβt impact virtual learning today. Wish there was more snow on the ground @HungaryCreekMS to share, but maybe this is a sign of things to come this winter.
For @HenricoSchools, this could be a way to re-imagine ILCs, a Virtual Teaching/Learning Coach: 1), hire a lot more of them 2), make them school and content based 3) make sure these new ILCs only work with virtual teaching and students, not extra chores.
I think we have entered an interesting new chapter in education where it will be the norm to maintain a number staff who operate virtually to help amplify learning opportunities. We will be more able to individualize & optimize learning environments & opportunities for students
