Axel Rudakubana's trial is scheduled to begin on **January 20, 2025**, at Liverpool Crown Court. He is charged with 16 offenses, including three counts of murder, ten counts of attempted murder, possession of a knife, production of the biological toxin ricin, and possession of information likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism. The trial is expected to last between four to six weeks. Rudakubana has appeared in court several times, notably refusing to speak or confirm his identity during hearings. Not guilty pleas have been entered on his behalf due to his silence.
