So, all this to say— look at those stories and u see employees of @PopeyesChicken are involved because some of them are not happy bout the popularity of the sandwich.

The tone of her voice [alone] was wrong, but then the lack of customer service smh... Like buying the sandwich is an inconvenience to @PopeyesChicken

So long story short, when I asked for tenders and a apple pie, the @PopeyesChicken employee said, “man, we don’t have anything else because we ain’t got time for that. So u can only order 2 sandwiches per car and we not doing no subsititutions because we busy.”

In typical form, I make a joke and say/sing to the @PopeyesChicken staffer, “I understand! Everybody love that chicken from Popeyes.” ...she replied, “ok, what do you want?”

Y’all, I was the third car in the drive-thru line @PopeyesChicken . I sat for 5 minutes @ the speaker before I was greeted. Once the lady spoke, she yelled, “We got a 10 minute wait on chicken so you gotta hold!” ...no “hello” or “Sorry for the delay” or even “Welcome to Popeyes”

These altercations are not customers vs. customers... these fights are typically between @PopeyesChicken staffers and customers... and I understand why ((read my experience next))
