@NormanBrennan@Keir_Starmer Just looking Labour’s performance so far, they seem to be focused on the greater good rather than feeding money to the rich as it was on under the conservatives. Sounds like you own a big farm to dodge tax and the new inheritance rules have hit you. I feel for you. Sorry 😔
I received a comical reply from @flynorse after spending over months chasing my delay compensation claim I asked for a reference number for my claim, they said “i regret but these are internal information” lol, I suppose this gets rid of there accountability
My details (again) are as follows : date : 16th Oct 2023 Flight details : UK Z0 701 on 17th October. Passengers : Michael Handley PNR L9I7JT, Katie Fielder PNR: L9I7JT, Robert Handley TDIT7E Ticket id is 294527.
@flynorse after over 10 emails and 5 direct messages about delay compensation over the last 2.5 months you are yet to acknowledge any communication. Therefore I will post daily on here to vent in public 🤬
@Flynorse100 Unfortunately not, I have been down this road before and you just fob me off saying that compensation claims are behind. Just give me a timeframe for current claims, I need this before my solicitor takes my case forward
@flynorse I have written 5 emails about delay compensation over the last 6 weeks and have been ignored without even an acknowledgement. I did manage to get a reply on X to say there is a backlog. Can you give a timeframe for this backlog?
Would anyone like to join a Facebook group to share tips and tricks on how to get customer service or process claims against @flynorse .they generally ignore emails and messages so mass pressure may help
@flynorse I’ve emailed 5 times now about delay compensation and you have not even acknowledged one of the emails. Can i have your head office address to enable me to come in and discuss the claim? It seems all other communication routes do not work- Mike Handley
@flynorse your do not have a phone line, you do not answer emails, or twitter direct messages. All I want is to acknowledge my delayed flight compensation claim. Next step is to visit head office in Arendal, Norway on a mission to get some customer service
@flynorse can you post details of the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme you are connected with. Don’t ask me to message the details of the issue as I’ve tried 10 times and we both know you can’t be bothered with replying.
@flynorse please reply to my emails to C.S from [email protected] about delay compensation. You are currently just ignoring me. I have an initial call with bbc watchdog on Wednesday. I’m sure neither of us want to go that route but I’m left with little choice
@flynorse I’ve sent three emails about delay compensation over the last few weeks (my flight was delayed for 8 hours) and you are choosing to ignore. I will be approaching the small claims court next week to try and communicate that way, hopefully you may then answer
@flynorse hello, does your online check in UK currently work? on the https://t.co/WSXqE03ht2 website it says I can check in the day before but on the Norse website it says check in opens 4 hours before. I’m flying Sunday Gatwick to NY
