@HertES this is the other side of the car that you rented to me - note the long scratch - and the other scratches are not showing at this resolution - you have taken my additional deposit - I did not sign this damage report - this is illegal - Rental- 94795007

[Mike Jones @MikeJonesUK]

@HertzES this is the car you rented to me and this is your own photo contained in the damage report which you emailed me a few days after the car collection - as I did not sign this report I do not accept that this is a legal document - you are criminals.

[Mike Jones @MikeJonesUK]

@HertzES - Palm Airport Office - corruption at its finest - no damage report on care collection - dark garage - car with scratches on both sides that they have tried to buff out - took an additional deposit that they had no right to take anyway - car not fully fuelled - Criminals

Respond if you dare - Hertz Car Rental Palma - Hertz Rental - 94795007

[Mike Jones @MikeJonesUK]

Hertz Car Rental Palm - AVOID - no surprise they took the deposit on return - even though I had not incurred any damage - completely dishonest rental company. They have the collection and return system worked out to cheat you out of your money - a completely dishonest company!!!

[Mike Jones @MikeJonesUK]

Hertz Car Rental Palm - AVOID - the most dishonest and corrupt car rental company - & you can't call them or message them. I booked a car and on collection found it had scratches down both sides which were hard to see in the collection garage and the car wasn't even full of fuel!

[Mike Jones @MikeJonesUK]

Again - Palma - BA check desks on the screens and passengers are made to wait an hour for the check-in staff to arrive....why?

[Mike Jones @MikeJonesUK]

@HertzES Hertz Palma Airport - a corrupt operation - I booked a car - got one with scratches on both sides - charged an extra deposit on collection - the car didn't even have a full tank of fuel. Return Hertz Palma took my deposit - no damage during my rental AVOID - Rental 94795007.

@askryanair Passengers are made to wait to check in at Palma FR26 until two hours before departure even though checking desks are on the screens. Ryanair help says "Our check-in and bag drop desks open at the latest 2 hours before your scheduled flight"!

"Our check-in and bag drop desks open at the latest 2 hours before your scheduled flight" - so why do passengers at Palma have to wait until 2 hours before departure to check in at Palma for FR 26. https://t.co/KFkqI2nxnX
