Change the culture, change the attitude, fill the coaching staff appropriately, get the best out of your guys, develop the youngsters. I'd be looking at a Marty St. Louis type as an example. Give him a leash and lots of autonomy to make critical changes within the organization.

#Canucks need to bring in Malhotra now, and tell him he has 3 years to show incremental, vast improvement. Focus on player development, fundamentals, team bonding etc. It's not about winning right away, it's about turning around a dogshit franchise that has many, many flaws.
