What a load of BS from Froome. Any pro cyclist who has done 1000s of hours on a bike Will instantly feel a change in the set-up.
Froome Could ride his Pinarello from 2015 and He still wouldn’t crack top 20 in Tour du Rwanda with his current level.
“At end you feel like you have betrayed them because you beat them to the line. You know what everyone else is going through…I know how much it can change your life a stage win. I wish everyone could win” @matmohoric after his victory on stage 19 🥹 https://t.co/4BU2sZ2TR5
"It's not a f*cking restaurant - you can't make a reservation of where to sit in the peloton!"
We got the inside story of that Giro leadout in the new pod 🤣 @GeraintThomas86@MarkCavendish
⏱️ Yesterday, Jonas Vingegaard put his Hautacam legs on and set the fastest ascent of Arrate (4,1 km@9,3%) since @albertocontador , 2009: 11 min 21 sec. 🧡🚀🧡 Pretty much the same insane speed as Alberto, 21.67 km/h. The big boys of the mid 90's Berzin, Zulle and Indurain were all faster but don't forget that this time, Jonas still had to ride another 27 km from the top to the finish. Ultra-mythical performance. #Itzulia2023
