FingerEye: a new sensor for dexterous robots that finally bridges vision + touch continuously

Instead of switching between “see before contact” and “feel after contact,” it gives a single unified signal across:
- pre-contact (visual alignment)
- contact initiation (first touch)
- post-contact (force control)

Key idea: binocular RGB cameras + a soft deformable ring with AprilTags → vision becomes touch
