Potential Red Flags from #Eagles win over Patriots:
** Offensive Line: The Offensive Line struggled in Week 1 last year, has a ton of talent and Jeff Stoutland. So it isn't time to sound the alarm. But I thought both tackles played poorly and really only Landon Dickerson had a good game. Hurts barely had any clean pockets to work with.
** Offensive Coaching: Not a great debut for the Nick Sirianni/Brian Johnson duo. New England has a good defense but only one touchdown on offense is terrible for all the talent they have.
** Running Backs: If they aren't going to play Penny or Swift then running back is a major issue. Gainwell is a nice player. He is not RB1 on an elite offense imo.
** Middle of the field on defense: Patriots did all their work over the middle of the field and the Eagles couldn't stop them. Even Blankenship, the best player among the LB/S group, got beat for a TD. If Nakobe is out for an extended time Howie might need to make a trade.
** Sloppy play: Substitution issues, presnap penalties and burning timeouts they might have needed. All this stuff was happening in training camp. Not good to see it go over to Week 1.
