I went through a pretty bad depressive period in my life, and when I was at work, not focused, going through the motions, questioning the usefulness of my life, this song would come on every hour and I would immediately be elevated and "happy" four those minutes

@fasc1nate Yup, even when I worked in concrete 6 days a week, I still rarely ever slept more than 7 hours. I usually get around 6 before my body miraculously wake up. Alarm clock or not.

I'm feeling like I can be faster. I'm going to start to work on improving my timing. Even on my exhaustion days, this feels good.

Today's jog was very therapeutic. Reflecting on my life and how I can be doing so much better. Calves were tight, need to up my stretching game. Lol.
