I've been a loyal customer for 6 years, always appreciating your service, even advocating for your platform through my videos and courses. My commitment to your platform began when I bought the $bnb ICO.

Two weeks ago, I was able to access my account without any issue. Now, while traveling in Japan, I made a simple error in entering my password and found my account locked. I immediately contacted support, only to be informed that my account has been terminated due to a supposed breach of terms.

I assure you, the only action I have taken is attempting to log in while abroad in Japan. There has been no intentional or unintentional breach on my part. It's disheartening to see this happening to my account, which holds approximately $20k. Although the support team assured I could withdraw this sum, the termination of my account remains a major concern.

This is a plea to reconsider and rectify this situation. I ask my followers to help raise this issue by retweeting and tagging #Binance. Let's ensure that long-term users like me continue to have faith in platforms we have trusted over the years.
