@__0HOUR1_ Like most everything, I doubt we have the actual details as to who is doing what. Let's just wait & see what happens & what the President says after it's over.
@jacobzanolla The move by Jed back in the day, not re-signing Schwarbs was a clear indication that he didn't know what he was doing & wasn't capable of putting together a winning team. And,,,,here we are.
@GuntherEagleman And yet Trump & every other senator continues to let Thune run the show. We have control of the house & senate & continually play defense. Same as in Trumps 1st term. PATHETIC
@jacobzanolla Why doesn't the hitting coach or Counsell tell these guys to take a pitch or 2?? Nice & several others have been swinging at the 1st pitch a lot lately, especially in critical situations.
@_Cowboy_Town Jed has always been like this. And Tommy just gave Jed an extension last July. Neither are serious about winning. Why? Because they know 30-40K will always show up at Wrigley whether we're in 1st or last
@jacobzanolla Nov 16, 2016 β Officials estimate that 5 million people showed up to the Chicago Cubs parade and rally Friday, making it the 7th largest gathering in human history.
That just happened where I rent. 7am i'm awaken by the old retired guy who volunteers to mow the grass. He just mowed it 2 days ago. I went outside & kindly asked him why he's mowing this early waking every1 up? He said it's going to rain the next 4 days. I quietly told him that if he mows again at 7am on a weekend next to my place i will be breaking out the t@zer. He left
@Hunter_Eagleman@MLB I have an idea. How about we go back to how it was. When anyone & everyone could attend any sporting event & we didn't turn it into a political movement or protest. And the only thing that mattered is if you were rooting for the opposite team.
@Gweenlian@atensnut I remember driving myself to the ER back in the day with severe & endless pain. Dr did some tests & said I had multiple kidney stones. He said the pain is comparable to childbirth. My response was, it must've been twins cause i've never felt pain like that.
@ZachZaidman@thescorechicago Where's Pat? You usually say that Pat is doing fine, just taking a few days off. But haven't said that this time. I thought it was odd that Pat left the broadcast the other night after the 7th inning & didn't come back. That was 4 games ago. Hope he's ok.
