@AgeasUK tried to change my address on my insurance. It’s a new build and not on your system and you won’t insure my car…it’s on loads of systems, so why is your system not recognising it? My insurance now 3 times the price through @RAC . So unfair and would like to know why?

@RoyalMail how do you run a sorting office from 8am to 10am and expect working people to pick up packages? Colwyn Bay sorting office opens for just 2 hours a day when it used to open till 6pm allowing workers to get parcels….make it make sense!
