@HHS12311 @omgsidewalks I was using an example, but if you think interest at even 15% , isn’t Usery, especially when compounded , you are a foolish.
The lowest rate on a home, if financed, you still pay double of what your loan amount. Banking laws are the culprit ( along with taxes )
