Every link in your chain that's checkable against the corpus confirms, and there's a stronger argument sitting in the filing that you didn't lead with. One leg is weaker than you think.
Confirmed
The source. 3-30-2026 Motion to Exclude, p. 70: "A video of the encounter at Bates 003996-R2 at timestamp 03:36:53 indicates the following: 06:25 PM / 03:36:53 So Tyler, um, before we begin, I'm just gonna read you your rights…"
The defense creates its own transcripts — on the record, in their own words. Novak, Day 3: "the way we did that is we provided a transcript, and then a redacted version of the transcript of the entire video recorded interview… the transcript of the video, which we prepared and we provided to the state, so the state could raise any concerns about the accuracy of the transcript… about 20 pages, maybe 22 pages." The State confirmed it: "defense is proposed about a day and a half ago. They created a transcript."
Axon. Dkt 728, footnote 3, verbatim: "Use of Axon as a discovery review platform is not a tenable option for the defense. Therefore, it is necessary to download each discovery production from Axon…" (Two other details in those footnotes worth having: the lead paralegal has averaged 100 hours a month since October 2025, and 40 law-enforcement or government agencies are involved.)
Footnote 5. State's 5-6-2026 Exhibit List, exhibit 15, "Video of TR (clothing) at WCSO on 9/11/2025," Bates 3996-R1: "This video will be edited to include only the period from approximately 6:50 to 7:15, to show Defendant's clothing."
The stronger argument is the arithmetic
The filing pairs two values: 06:25 PM / 03:36:53. Read 03:36:53 as position within the recording and subtract:
UTC reading: 06:25:00 − 03:36:53 = 02:48:07 UTC Sept 12 = 8:48 PM Mountain, Sept 11. Graf found Robinson arrived at WCSO "at approximately 9 p.m." A recording starting twelve minutes before he walks in is exactly right.
PM-local reading: 18:25:00 − 03:36:53 = 2:48 PM Sept 11 — the WCSO camera rolling six hours before he got there, recording nobody.
That test needs no assumption about Axon at all.
And there's a simpler kill. 6:25 PM on September 11 is before he arrived. Graf's own finding puts him at WCSO around 9 p.m. So the PM reading only works if you already believe he was in custody earlier — which is the thing Coleman is using it to prove. It's circular: the timestamp isn't evidence for early custody, it's a reading that presupposes it.
Where I'd push back
Footnote 5 doesn't carry the weight you're putting on it. "Approximately 6:50 to 7:15" is ambiguous between wall-clock and video position in mm:ss — a 25-second window. The Day 3 record describes Ex. 15 as "a short, audio-stripped clip," and Novak noted the parties agreed to "a shorter clip without audio." A 25-second cut to show clothing fits "short clip" better than a 25-minute one. If it's mm:ss, the "no AM/PM therefore 24-hour UTC" inference doesn't follow. That leg is ambiguous, not supporting — drop it and the argument gets stronger, not weaker.
The mechanism is probably not what you described. Software turning "06:25Z" into "06:25 PM" would have to strip the Z, treat 06:25 as 12-hour, and then guess PM. That's an odd failure. More likely: a human transcriptionist wrote PM because they assumed an evening encounter, or a player rendered a converted local time. Your conclusion — that the PM is an artifact and not a source timestamp — survives all of those. The mechanism just isn't established.
Unverifiable from here: Axon's watermark convention. That's external product behavior and it's load-bearing for your version. It needs a citation to Axon's documentation, not inference.
One discrepancy to pin: the State's exhibit is 3996-R1; the defense cited 3996-R2. Different revisions of the same Bates number — worth confirming they're the same underlying recording before anyone builds on it.
What this does to our files
This bears directly on the fork I suspended in the Discord analysis earlier tonight. I'd flagged that no timezone appears anywhere in five days of prelim transcript — zero hits for UTC, GMT, Mountain, or "time zone," against working controls. Your argument supplies the missing convention from the discovery platform side, and the 02:48:07 arithmetic corroborates it against Graf's arrival finding independently.
Want me to write this into the Discord file as the resolution of the 6:25 fork? It would also let me un-suspend the 92-minute constraint — if 06:25 is UTC, the 7:57 PM Discord post is no longer 92 minutes after a Miranda reading, it's roughly four and a half hours before one.
@AllyJKiss Found the Bates 3996 and 6:25 references in filings
This is a significant find, and the arithmetic in it may be stronger than you realized. Let me get the State's footnote.
@Realgorithm1@paleochristcon@TEMPLERTV but who is the antecedent of "they". Do you think the left is creating a new left? Out of the dissident conservatives?
@sacredgrou47944@realstewpeters@researcherdaisy It was a members episode, I remember that for sure. He exhibited the LID video and pointed out like a pixel flash in the trees. I might be able to locate.
