Years ago I worked with a developer who didn’t pull his weight like the rest of us. He stopped working at 5pm no matter what and would just leave. Just- “bye, see you tomorrow”, and would sign out of HipChat.

I realize now that he was setting healthy work/life boundaries.

@VicVijayakumar @bcosynot That's 100% the approach I use. Another tip is to name the short 1 minute files like "1 - intro" & "2 - what you did", then use the filenames as chapters on YouTube.
