This is why your ground beef always turns out grey and bland.
Most people throw it in the pan and immediately start breaking it up, which causes all the juices to leak out and the meat to boil instead of sear. This guy shows the simple fix — let it brown like a steak (on both sides) first before breaking it up. The difference in color and flavor is huge.
Would you try cooking your ground beef this way from now on? I know I am!
@RussoHockey@JoeSmithNHL A Top Center or Wing won’t fix our top players disappearing in important games. I would love to see an article exploring this topic … what 12 and 97 (for example) need to do differently, to break through … more than, the “I have to be better.”
@RussoHockey I think you missed a bit of a detail as 97 got ran in our zone right before sprinting in to get the OT goal. We like Angry Kirill, kinda like Angry Mikko! You just knew that puck was going in.
@LundsandByerlys Can you please add a feature to your app to Delete All Checked items in your Shopping List? It’s a huge miss. You can only delete everything OR delete items you have by REMOVING individually.
@MercedesBenz Have you figured out how you’re going to provide the mbrace services that bought into when we bought your automobiles? A luxury car that you can’t work with remotely?? Really?
@andrewzimmern Made your Koolickle recipe for a 2nd time. The pickles in this batch shrunk significantly, which I don’t remember before. Is that expected? https://t.co/PV4KEu0axg
@mikeroweworks Listened to your podcast with Gene Simmons. When he talked about no one has “a right to a job” it reminded me of a response you wrote on FB, something like, “no one wants to work, they work to some day not work”. Talk about a great little essay, one of your best!
