Flying with a bike and box is about 25kgs+.
Your ‘extra luggage’ cost of £130 for a ‘bike in a box’ but only covers 23kgs.
That’s a huge restriction. Wizz air and EZY off 32kg. To get this I need to fly. Business with BA?!
You’re losing customers over a few Kgs.

@HelloFreshUK can you tell me if I can return all of the ‘non recyclable’ thermal insulation back to you (this is the matting which is used to keep chilled hood cool). I don’t think it’s locally recyclable or compostable?
