@eddiebauer ORDER#:61122826 I ordered it a while back, paid for three day delivery. I think you have refunded that. It still hasn't even shipped...despite two days (two days apart) of chatting with customer service. It hasn't shipped, but they won't even cancel the order.
@HarryandDavid Trying to chat with an agent about a problem. Three times the virtual agent has sent me to the "next available agent...wait time 0 minutes and 30 seconds." After 4 or 5 minutes I start over. Same thing again. #Horrible

@united You screwed up reservations so badly. And when I spent more than an hour texting with someone they made it worse. So bad that ultimately I had to cancel and rebook. Cost me $500 more. Hope to never fly with United again after this.
So apparently @Apple just has the online option of making an appointment at the genius bar so they can make you put down information and then never offer you the option of actually doing that. #Disappointing#ShouldBeEasy#ComeOnApple
