No pain can compare to grieving a loved one. Sometimes it’s so bad you shut everything and every one out. I do believe it’s ok to do that sometimes being alone is safer and it helps

If I didn’t learn anything else from the pandemic I know I’ve learned that I can handle solitude and having to be alone. Most of us were alone and survived remember that. We did suffer a ton of loss though. However we did learn to be alone and survive. Weird right.

A lot of us don’t know how to receive help due to us being the ones always helping. When we do Recieved it it feels strange and we push back. Sometimes I just rather be a loner and rock solo dolo!!!
