I should also mention that since 5am yesterday I’ve received over 100 emails requesting password resets. This continued even after I changed the password using apple’s secure password generator.

@disneyplus Just spent 2 hours on the phone with your customer service because my account was hacked. The operator LITERALLY asked me what I wanted her to do about it. New account was created, and I then had to ASK that the old account be deleted so no one could access it again..

Can’t believe @AmericanAir won’t waive my flight change fee because my EEG date changed. “We don’t waive fees based on medical issues.” Unbelievable.
