If noisy mufflers are such an issue amongst the community, make it a bylaw and have bylaw officers enforce.

So strategic police initiatives are chosen based who complains the most? This is not a good use of resources. We don’t need our police handing out the equivalent of a parking ticket.

@CstTaraso9345 It’s not that we don’t agree; it’s that there are things that you should be policing that are far more detrimental to society than noisy mufflers (ie white collar crime). Whoever is ‘begging’ you should have a look a gun crime stats and re-evaluate
