@Debbiek94321629@MySabaUK and told that they can't refund me bc they can't verify when I left the car park (even though they have ANPR cameras which record you on entry and exit). Appaling customer service frankly, and stealing a living in relation to a service which was not provided.
@Debbiek94321629@MySabaUK Hi Debbie - I had the same issue and effectively had a wasted weekend ticket as I had to immediately leave the car park to drive up to Manchester.
I wouldn't hold your breath about getting refunded. I tried, but all I got was a list of useless platitudes.

@AskPS_UK 2/3 You have essentially 'bricked' a console which I have paid £500 for and a service which I pay £50 for annually, without giving me details as to why and without justification.
@AskPS_UK 1/3 My reply as follows: I've already called the Support team and they've refused to give me any information about what is clearly an error on Sony's part. I was promised a call back from a supervisor within 24 hours which has not happened.

@AskPS_UK I've been told when trying to sign in on my PS5 today that my PSN account has been suspended, no explanation, no email about why. I've sat in the queue on live chat 3 times for c.30 mins just to be told no ones available when I get to the front of the queue
@SkyHelpTeam I can't even view the deals available on the Sky website because it keeps trying to force me to link my Sky id with my Sky account but refuses to accept the details I enter when trying to do so (2/2).
