Ipurchased (or though I did) a certified EV9 with 250 miles from Kia dealership in Phoenix for $48,000.00. I put $3,000.00 deposit, signed the finance paperwork, and wired $29,000.00 to the dealership for down payment. However before the dealership mailed out the paperwork for me to sign, I ask them to remove the extended warranty. Right away, they said that they’re not going to sell me the car. I even told them to leave the extended warranty if it is such a big issue, but they still refused to sell me the car.

Can they legally do this? They still have my $29,000.00, which they said they will mail me a check. How does this even happen?
