I am blessed with dear friends who bake lovely things and send them to me in the post. The shop smells beautiful, I am now ravenous and my baking mojo has returned! I am a very lucky boy! ๐๐
@GrantMcPheeFilm@R0Poem I don't think it was used as a lyric, but Pataphysical Introduction from Soft Machine Two could be a shout. If nothing else it's got me listening to the album again!
Delighted to be in this thing of loveliness, thanks to all concerned. If you fancy reading my piece, it's just a quick scroll down until you see a picture of Mr Pickwicks nite spot x @MrPaulSimpson1@angiesliverpool@dustybushworm

Tonight's moon is an early January treat, which I can recommend for its superness. It's not every year you get to feel like there are planets in your palm on January 2nd @MrPaulSimpson1 . Crap picture, but an exuberant moon!
@MrPaulSimpson1 Ooh, electrically recorded as well, I'd wager. The first two TX singles still sound like a dictionary definition of post-punk, as though somebody was writing songs to sound like my 15-year-old mind! x
No great surprise to find that Sam Fender plays a Fender, but I'm now holding my breath for a guest appearance tomorrow from Stan Danelectro. #BigWeekend

Would anybody like to see a rat up a tree in Sefton Park? Of course you would! This was Sunday afternoon's botanical wonderland. I used to look up when I went for a walk...@ILoveSeftonPark@JoanyTheGreat@angiesliverpool
@urbancrofter62@R0Poem@dvdmcc Oh, I'd love to be at this! I saw you in Liverpool in 1983, it was friendly. You gave my mate a lift, which he gladly accepted, even though it took him further from his house. You asked me if I talked for a living. I've had other jobs since, to be honest...
@R0Poem Ah, we thought we'd never have another Rubettes, but we soon got Racey. And before that we'd had Kenny. But nothing after Racey, to be fair. Unless you count Coast to Coast.
A man is walking his small son through Sefton Park. As I pass him, he is giving the boy a lesson, a lesson as old as the ground on which they walk. "Oh my god? Yeah, OK, oh my god is all right, but you can't say bloody hell..." @JoanyTheGreat@MirandaKeeling
