The plane went to Page Az and back. It’s a common route. My plane left Provo a couple hours later and also went to Page and back. It’s a common route for people going to Lake Powell.

This owner does not deserve this attention.

You can not fly above 18,000ft without being on a IFR flight plan. The adsb coverage is not great in that area. It’s common for aircraft to lose signal. It landed at Page did a turn and flew back. All normal ops
