@HalifaxBank How can your customer service be so bad? You freeze my entire account access because there is a payment you aren't sure of...and wait times are always 45-55 mins to speak to someone. No call back option. Awful.

@HalifaxBank Call length (mostly on hold) of 1 hour 22 minutes.....passed through 3 advisors (despite me calling the number I was told to in the app).....problem only partially fixed. Was told I need to be put thru to someone else and start the queue again. Give up. Words fail me....
