If I may be so bold, Taya, I can help you.
You see, I was born and raised as a Mormon. I’m actually a 7th generation Mormon, with ancestry that goes back on both sides of the family to the 1830s—to the very founding of the LDS Church.
At one point in my life, I was literally an apologist for Mormonism.
In total, I spent more than 30 years in the LDS Church. Mormonism is something I know and understand forwards and backwards, inside and out.
But after many years of deeply studying the Holy Bible and weighing the many differences between what the Bible teaches and what the LDS Church teaches, I decided to leave Mormonism entirely.
That was 10 years ago.
I started my own ministry in November 2016: The Sword of Jehovah Ministries.
Last year (2025), I began an extremely DEEP-DIVE teaching series into the subject of Mormonism and all the many Biblical reasons why I left.
The teaching series is called:
MY MORMON EXODUS.
I’ve provided you with the link to the YouTube playlist below, and I would encourage you to give it a watch.
It’s a long teaching series (and it’s still ongoing), but I can assure you that it will help you to understand the most profound truths of the Holy Bible which can objectively prove Mormonism as a false religion, Joseph Smith as a false prophet, and the Book of Mormon as a false book.
More than anything though, this teaching series will help you to come to better know, understand, and how to be in closer relationship with your Father in Heaven and with your Savior Jesus Christ. The focus of the series is on the liberating truths of the Holy Bible that will bless and strengthen you all your life.
Thank you for reading my comment, and I hope you’ll devote the time necessary to watch the teaching series. God bless you.

Do you remember when you joined X? I don’t! My account is older than my good sense of judgement and my ability to discern! 5 years today and apparently on my day of birth!
Finally! Someone that understands the continuity of the TeNaKh! Apparently reading Malachi to Matthew is a thing to hard for people to understand the continuance of the Israelite text.
@thejjalvarez@BrysonGray Correct, now you know she is unclean,
If you touch her you bathe and wait until evening to be clean again. It is important to know if you are going up to the temple. You are not allowed if you are unclean.
@TheDemSlayer@ApexSeeker_ “Alexa, play the home intruder playlist!”
“Oh man! I’ve been waiting so long to use these hollow points! My investment is finally paying off 💪”
@ResonableLogic@BrysonGray By doing it, no work on the sabbath, and by trying to keep the rest and repenting when you don’t.
Simple as that, it’s not how well you do it, but your effort towards God.
@DeMemetrios@BrysonGray Well we both believe people are missing the picture, obviously Jesus gave us grace, and obviously we should not sin, now we differ simply in which of the commandments to follow, and our belief is there is more than enough evidence to support keeping the Torah.
Thank you brother.
@DeMemetrios@BrysonGray You must understand; We who do so in following the judgements, statues, and ordinances of the Torah have been convicted by God that doing so is good for us. Let me make it very clear: The Torah is not above God nor the Messiah but a way of having relationships with the two.
@Firerisk6 Would you like a strongs dictionary? I also enjoy the 1828 Noah Websters American English dictionary; Webster correlates the words with biblical patterns.
@Firerisk6 I realized I seemed insensitive when I said go find a dictionary, I apologize for that and I would recommend finding one because it is a valuable asset to anyone of faith. Do forgive me if possible.
