Though Underground trams would still be a decent compromise

@roryhotspur @uncreativetom Well either you misunderstood what they said, or were lied to, because there are no plans for a tram line in Bristol. I'm a rail journalist so whose literal job is to know about these things, so, respectfully, I suggest that you Google it to find out what they're really building.

@GarethDennis Allegedly the Rolling Stock Strategy is coming in the summer. As for the infrastructure strategy, I would assume that's nonexistent (unless some vague plan for discontinuous electrification materialises as part of the rolling stock strategy)
