@fousey He is on point, ive been doing it. If divided in 4, each meal is close too 500g of food. That's 1.1 lbs per meal. Plenty for anyone.

@perfiliev I'm sure someone has said it. But making Twitter lists has solved that problem for me and made it batter because I can categorize the people I follow. Sometimes I want finance content, sometimes racing.. an algorithm doing it is convenient but just not as effective
