It’s best to find another editor.
Look for editors that can edit just as good as you or even better.

I didn’t hire a video editor until I created SOPs
Doing this accomplished 2 things…
1) Saved time solving problems
2) Consistent video output
Here’s how I did it…
This standardized my editing process.
Each editor can always reference the training video.
I added new training videos to my Loom library answering a question from my team or clients.
