@DudespostingWs I went to NYC in Nov with wife and 2 20+ year old daughters. I waited in line for 5 minutes, bough 2 of these sandwiches and took them back to the hotel. They fed 4 people and if you ask any of us what the best meal was in NYC, they’ll say Katz’s deli.

Many will share individual KPIs but they’re hesitant to share company financials. Profit sharing is rare. Incentive pay of some kind is common

@JohnNaborsShow I think his contract gives him an automatic 1 year extension if he hits 7 wins. “3 more years” could keep going for quite some time. The goal is to make a bowl game with 6 wins and then hope your bowl opponent loses more to the portal than you do.
