Zenzele Ndebele has done an amazing job of telling the ZIPRA story over the past few years, and I am happy that he has been given recognition and support by the Presidency so that he can continue to document Zimbabwean history. I am impressed by the President’s office recognising the importance of his great work.
I have watched most of his shows and hope to see more work from him. He deserves the material support and even more for taking initiative to document our history.
I will say it like I see it without any fear
Now @rtapfumaneyi and @zenzele have been creating digital archives that will benefit generations after us
I watch them religiously everyday episode after episode as they move province to province, village to village
I have never seen a thank you on X for this work save from @Jamwanda2
The OPC i suspect edged on by the Deputy Chief Secretary organises tools in the form of much needed vehicles so these men document OUR COLLECTIVE HISTORY that will benefit YOUR KIDS AND MINE
Then we turn this political ? Now they are sell outs ?
Lets GROW up and learn to separate issues
Today, the government handed over a vehicle to the ZPRA Liberation Archives to support the preservation and documentation of Zimbabwe's liberation history.
Our sincere thanks to @Jamwanda2 for his support. This forms part of a broader initiative to document both the liberation struggle and Zimbabwe's precolonial history, ensuring these stories are researched, preserved, and shared with future generations. Starting 1 September, the ZPRA Liberation Archives will be streamed twice a week.
We also hope to collaborate with the National Museums and Monuments of Zimbabwe to identify, document, and map important liberation battle sites.

@realkeith__ Problem is, by ‘local music’ you mean Harare music nothing else - in SA every corner is appreciated, every talent is recognized, kuno we are still divided on tribal grounds so yah ma1
@JethroKama98886@CrimeWatchZW So everyone from her side should be killed (ethnic cleansing) for ‘civil peace’ (civil - everyone not from her side {peace})
@CrimeWatchZW My sister we are a peaceful country dont try to create talks and conflict like south africa we are all one and we are all from God and we are Zimbabweans we are one shona ndebele kalangas etc
@Jamwanda2 I know this is a skit but it exposes something: If this was to happen in Zim, and he meets someone from another region who might not know these songs, will it mean they will then be labelled as foreign?Using his logic, every Zimbabwean should know and be able to sing these songs!
