Their policies have no gender bias, but my Manager has said things to me about my childcare l I doubt would be said to a woman. I also recently had a request to reduce my hours declined while 2 colleagues got theirs after returning from Mat Leave.

@Bloke_On_A_Bike But if the private school didn't exist, those teachers that support your children so well would be working in a state school ensuring the type of provision you say the state lacks. And it would be accessible to all, not just those that can afford it.
