But NHS budgets do need to be managed better across the board

I don’t see anyone caring if it’s means tested for scripts, just as long “free” ones aren’t abused.

Or those who need many have a set fee rather than charge per script etc. a change is needed to better manage the funds spent imo

Baby Boxes are a waste for the majority

Tuition Fees ✅ but not at expense of places at unis for fee payers

Where is the other data showing it to be false? Why wasn’t it being raised at every PMQ when SNP had the seats?
