@JasonManford @Villagehotelsup This happened to me a few years ago. Got to the hotel about midnight and they said I should’ve phone ahead to say I was checking in late. Ended up paying for a more expensive hotel which I didn’t get booked into until 3am. They didn’t even pay the difference.
