Municipal infrastructure
professional with a focus on the maintenance and repair of water delivery and sewer collection systems. #ConstructionManagement
Excellent 1st day at #AWWA's #ACE26 in #WashingtonDC. I'm honored to have had an opportunity to speak in front of an international audience of my peers.
@_stevecoffee Hey Steve, I recently wrote an article about #wastewater reuse for #datacenter cooling needs and proposed some alternative solutions. Please feel free to check it out.

The future of the construction industry has already arrived. Upskill your abilities or you may just get left behind.

@MAstronomers Can you make the planets in this model representative of seperate musical instruments with different voicing and translate the patterns they are making into a 2-D soundwaves and then mix them together to mimic the overall pattern displayed so we can hear our solar systems music?
@MAstronomers Axial procession is when the Earth's pole begins to point away from Polaris and towards Vega, because the pole orients itself in another direction over time, it does have an impact on the climate as well as the amount of solar radiation on the ice caps. This is taught in school.
With increasingly smaller profit margins, construction labor output and productivity needs to undergo a fundamental change. AI systems, such as @spot_ai are now being implemented to monitor time theft and inefficiency on job sites.

@merissahansen17 This problem will have a massive impact on water scarcity globally. However, I outline some forward thinking alternative suggestions near the end of my recently published article on this subject.

@ETtech Let's talk about alternative ways to cool these data centers.
My ideas are discussed in this article from August 25th 2025.

@WallStreetApes This is a massive problem on a global scale.
I outline the alternative solutions in my recently published article on #WaterOnline.

@newstart_2024 There's no need to cut residential water consumption. I provide alternatives to fresh water use in my article here.

@BGatesIsaPyscho I just wrote article about this subject because there are alternative options. Reusing wastewater #effluent to cool data the centers is symbiotic way to merge these two separate industries.
Please feel free to read it on WaterOnline.

@RadnorCapital I cited #McKinsey as well in my article on @WaterOnline that explores how much water consumption these facilities use and I provide alternative solutions.
https://t.co/1yKnV9mdc9
@MIGroundwater As I suggest in this article, the solution is to pair data centers and wastewater treatment plants. This will allow the data center to use effluent for its cooling towers, while providing revenue for the modernization of the treatment process.

@UWMWaterPolicy@chicagotribune There are viable alternative solutions to using freshwater as I explained in my recent article on @WaterOnline The solutions I propose are not just for the Great Lakes region and can be used on a global basis.
https://t.co/1yKnV9mdc9
@chicagotribune Other viable solutions exist that would eliminate the need to draw water from the Great Lakes, or any other natural body of fresh water, as I explained in my recently published article on @WaterOnline

This is a multi-billion dollar business
Dusty robotics just invented a new tool that every single construction company will end up buying
Just like a Roomba, it drives around, but it’s not cleaning, instead it’s printing the floor plan on to the slab.
So simple, so powerful
