@Tuttlebees We already discussed the 3 day course with the rep for next time. But there’s just so much to do and see here and with having a small business we generally only go away for a week at a time. We’ll see 😃
@Tuttlebees I’ve already been looking at doing the PADI open water course 😂
I think we will end up just doing another try dive next time we go. If money and time was no issue it is something I would definitely do!
@Tuttlebees Yes it was the first time doing it and only went 5m but it was enough to see fish you couldn’t see from the surface.
It was a lot to learn even being fully assisted, with equalising pressure in your ears etc but we hope to go again and see more.
If reports are true that the Government is preparing to dilute its defence spending plans, it is unforgivable.
We have a plan to reach 3% of GDP on defence by 2030 through a £20 billion Defence Bond programme while supporting British jobs and industry.
At a time of growing global instability, Britain needs security - through leadership and investment, this is the way to do it.

Open Letter
To the President of the Russian Federation
From the President of Ukraine
When you came to power in Russia more than 26 years ago, many people in Ukraine viewed you positively. That is how it was. But that is now in the past.
Now, the overwhelming majority of Ukrainians view it positively that our long-range drones paid a visit to the opening of your forum in St. Petersburg, covering a distance of more than 1,000 kilometers. As you know very well, that distance is not the limit of our capabilities.
It looks like Farage has stirred up riots again.
He must have thought it was so successful for him after the Southport stabbings that he has done it even more blatently now after the murder of Henry Nowak.
I hope people are starting to realise what his game is.
This is the same kind of bile that Farage pumped out after the murder of 3 little girls in Southport. While families were grieving and those injured were still in hospital, he chose to make himself the centre of attention and indulge in rumour and innuendo, that was immediately followed by riots.
Now, he once again pulls out his big wooden spoon to stir the pot for views and clicks and put the focus on himself; politicising a tragedy, the very thing that Henry Nowak’s family did not want.
Farage is not fit for office.
Leaders don’t use tragedy as an opportunity.
“Nigel Farage is using the tragedy of Henry Novak to divide British communities. He's made a career out of this. We all know why he does it.”

More than 500 personnel of the State Emergency Service have been involved in dealing with the aftermath of Russia’s overnight attack on our cities and communities. The main strike was on Kyiv, where dozens of residential buildings and other purely civilian infrastructure were damaged again. Tragically, four people have been reported killed. My condolences to all their families and loved ones. At this moment, 38 people are in hospitals in the capital, and all of them are receiving the necessary care.
In Dnipro, a search and rescue operation is ongoing at the site of a four-story apartment building. Part of the building was essentially demolished. Nine people were killed in this attack, including a child. Thirty-five people were injured in the city. The fate of six more people remains unknown. The search for them will continue for as long as necessary.
The Russians also struck energy facilities in the Kharkiv region and critical infrastructure in Kharkiv. Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Khmelnytskyi regions also came under attack.
In total, overnight Russia launched 656 attack drones and 73 missiles of various types at our people – ballistic, cruise, and anti-ship missiles. A large-scale attack and an absolutely clear statement from Russia: if Ukraine is not protected from ballistic and other missile strikes, these attacks will continue. Europe needs its own anti-ballistic defense so that this war can finally be brought to an end. And assistance from the United States in supplying missiles for Patriot systems is absolutely necessary. We are counting on the support of our partners and on effective responses to today’s attack.
And I thank all Ukrainian men and women for not ignoring air raid alerts.
Glory to Ukraine!
Thank you @Daniel_J_Martin. "Sir Ed’s statement drew stinging criticism from Dr Zoe Hollowood.
“Polling consistently shows that Lib Dem voters and members believe single-sex spaces should be protected based on biological sex,” she said. “Ignoring this reality is a betrayal to women everywhere, including in our own party.”" https://t.co/tyVccyqnOL

If a political party leader has had his communications compromised by a foreign adversary, it poses an alarming threat to our entire democracy.
@LibDemDaisy has written to the National Cyber Security Centre to investigate Nigel Farage’s claims his phone was accessed by Russian hackers.
While Farage pockets millions as a "reward" for Brexit, the rest of us are left with soaring energy bills, deep political chaos, and a broken economy.
He only cares about himself and his wealthy donors. It is up to all of us to make sure he never becomes Prime Minister.
