Wonder if Steven Bonk will step down to let Pierre Pollievre run in Souris Moose Mountain? One of the most conservative ridings in Canada should be home to the leader.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for Day 3 at #SUMA2025! Today is our final day, focused on engaging with the provincial government.
We look forward to seeing you.
“Infrastructure, economy, community safety and well-being—those are the three big issues in our federal campaign.” – @randygoulden, FCM’s Board Member and President of @SUMAConnect

Ahead of the upcoming federal election, Randy Goulden joins @CrossBorderPod to discuss local priorities for urban municipalities across Saskatchewan—including housing, infrastructure, social services and resource development.
Building a strong Canada starts with local prosperity. Municipalities need strong federal partners to help build more resilient communities.

On Wednesday, I chaired the the FCM listening tour, to hear from SB, MB, AB, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut municipalities on the US/Canada relations. @SUMAConnect
SARM is encouraged by the launch of added health care services offered through select pharmacies across the province. This will provide more rural communities, where the local pharmacist may be the only resident health care provider for miles, access to additional services, which will help alleviate long wait times at urban health centres as well as extensive travel. #RuralMatters #SKPoli @SKGov

Andrew I’m here at the Inaugural.
This is ridiculous commentary.
It’s freezing. Most ticket holders of the original ceremony are out of luck.
By the way she’s super well regarded here. She’s making good arguments and to the right people. My friends in State dept and the incoming Administration see it and comment on it. Building bridges and making coherent arguments is not appeasement. It’s diplomacy and negotiation.
Where are the Feds by the way. I’d love to hear them talk to one of these State dept guys I had brunch with. The critique of Canadian security is devastating.
Meanwhile our NDP Liberals are trying to talk tough about retaliation on CBC? Saying everything is on the table but totally unable to articulate how they’ll address the security disaster their open borders asylum and immigration fraud and drug and crime/terror cartel naïveté have created?
We’ve become an unserious nation. We’re getting called on it after 90pc of terro interdictions - over 1000 watchlisted terrorists - entered the U.S. over our border the past few years and we freeload on NATO while the Russians play off our coastline.
Danielle’s addressing the energy issues in her jurisdiction. Why aren’t the feds here building bridges and addressing the security issues at the core of these tariff threats?
Hey @SKGovHwyHotline why does the plow only go to the train tracks just past Torquay and never all the way to Oungre. I think there is a gap in your service.
Positive the government had said this would not happen but here we are. Rural and urban governments don't want this as they know policing cost will exponentially increase. They are asking for you to fix what we have.
Good luck to everyone in Saskatchewan running for municipal office. I will be watching from the sidelines as I decided not to run thank you for your dedication to your communities.
Maybe Mr Truman should go over the history of how Affinity place came to be and the trade off that was made with communities outside Estevan to recieve money to build Affinity #howsoonweforget
If you are looking for a municipal prospect on tonight's Saskatchewan election results turn on @CrossBorderPod on YouTube they are live in Regina. I am looking forward to it @SUMAConnect
