@amyaimei UNa is good but also has its limitations, like ngal (UTI). UNGAL won't replace it, but should be included in a panel. Fena + uNGAL + SCr improves accuracy of differentiating intrinsic from pre-renal. Give it a go and see!

@amyaimei albumin and more terlipressin vs conservative if positive. Heart failure with rising creatinine and negative ngal gives reassurance to keep going with diuresis and potentially increase dose. Holding iv fluids if ngal +ve and euvolemic. Once you have the test it gives reassurance
