@Anim8der Animators above almost all, have the ability to visualize what something may look/play like, whether it be a sequence or a composed shot in cinematics, or gameplay mechanics and how they work together, it’s literally how game dev animators think on a daily basis….

@Anim8der ….I did a lot of reading, core stability became the focus around 1 month from surgery, everyday. 3 months out back to the gym, now 8 months out and aside from deadlifts and squats(keeping those light) I’m back to normal. With your work ethic you can get there, stay positive!

I Had 20mm piece of herniated L3 disc break off and float down around L5 pinching my sciatic nerve, after surgery, Dr’s told me I’d likely have issues for life, lifting weights was a thing of the past…
